So, here is everything you need to know about the Mi Max 3:-
#6. Design & Display
From the leaked images, the design of the Mi Max 3 looks quite identical to its predecessor. However, there are multiple of changes which can be noticed. First being a dual camera setup followed by an 18:9 aspect display ratio which means the Mi Max 3 will also feature a bezel-less display.
According to leaked news, the Mi Max 3 is alleged to have a mammoth 6.99-inch screen size instead of 6.44-inch screen size. Leaked news also suggests that the Mi Max 3 is also going to get another upgrade as the device is rumored to feature a full HD+ display rather than a full HD display.
As far as hardware configuration is concerned, the Mi Max 3 will most likely have the new Snapdragon 630/635 SOC alongside with Adreno 508 GPU and 3-4 Gigs of RAM.
Given the fact that smartphones with 6 GB of RAM are already available under 15K, Xiaomi may introduce the Mi Max 3 prime variant which will feature 6 Gigs of RAM and 128 GB of internal memory.
The Mi Max 2 came with Android 7.0 (Nougat), now with Android Oreo officially available the Mi Max 3 will most probably be running on the latest MIUI 9 on top of Android 8.0 (Oreo).
Like the screen size, the Mi Max 3 will also get a bigger battery. Instead of having a 5300 mAh battery, the Mi Max 3 will come with 5500 mAh battery.
Leaked news also suggests that the Mi Max 3 will have a Type C port and will also support Quick Charge 3.0.
Hopefully, Xiaomi will launch 3 variants of the Mi Max 3, the lower variant will feature 3 Gigs of RAM and 64 GB of RAM, which will be priced at Rs 15-16 K, whereas the 4 GB variant will be priced between 16-17K and finally the Prime variant is expected to be priced at 18-19K.
Out of all the other specifications, everyone is talking about the camera because unlike its predecessors, from the leaked image it can be seen clearly that the Mi Max 3 will sport a dual rear camera setup. Even the Redmi Note 5 is alleged to feature a dual camera setup.
At the rear, you will get 12 + 12 MP setup along with dual-tone LED flash and at the front, you’ll get an 8 or 13 MP camera for taking selfies.
